Beijing New Talent Academy is an internationalized boarding institute integrating kindergarten, elementary school, junior & senior high school, Cambridge International Centre, university foundation program and Chinese language program. Being situated just a short distance to the west of the Beijing 
Capital International Airport , the campus stands in the Central Villa District and neighbors with the new International Exhibition Center . Job description:
1. Employment Period and Working Hours
a. The maximum teaching periods (40 mins per teaching period) at 22 periods per week.
b. The Teacher shall work every Monday through Friday and keep 7 office hours on work days (generally 8:00-11: 50 a .m. & 2:30-6:00 p.m., according to the School's timetable), either teaching in the classroom
or take on other work in teaching or administration. The maximum teaching periods are 22 per week .
2. Courses:
Spoken English ¡¢ English writhing ¡¢ Math ¡¢ Science
3. Required qualification
a. Native English speaker, such as British, Canadian, American, Australian, New Zealander and European, speaking English with standard pronunciation and intonation.
b. MA or BA degree.
c. at least 2 or 3 years teaching experience.
d. teaching experience in TESOL certificate .
e. must have the ability to organize an effective and lively classroom atmosphere ,strong communication skills with students and high level team spirit
4. Contract time:
6 months ¡¢ 11 months ¡¢ 22 months ¡¢
5. Salary:
a. The sum of salary is 7500.00-15000.00RMB (a month )
b. The School shall pay the Teacher regularly by the month throughout his employment period. If the Teacher works less than a month, the salary shall be paid according to the days of his work and the daily salary is one twenty first of the monthly salary.
c. On the fifth day of each month, the School shall deposit the salary of the previous month to the Teacher bank account.
d. If the Teacher finishes the full contract period, he shall receive the salary of the school's winter vacation; if the Teacher works for more than one academic term but less than the full contract period, his basic salary received in the school's winter vacation shall be deducted from the salary of the last month that he is on work.
6. Dwelling:
The School provides the Teacher free housing in the campus equipped with furniture and electric appliances. The Teacher shall pay his own electricity fee and telephone fee.
7. Medical Care:
During the practice teaching period the Teacher shall enjoy general medical care at the School's medical
clinic free of charge, while all expenses for visiting doctors outside of the school shall be covered by the Teacher himself. The School shall buy basic life & accident insurance (please refer to the insurance
policy items for details) for the Teacher.
8. Residence permit
The School assists the Teacher with the followed processes and the fees concerned are paid by the School:
a. Basic 1-year life & accident insurance.
b. Foreign Experts Certificate
c. Residence Permit
