This school has been opened since March,2006. It's a branch of An English Schools England ,which is recognized by the British Council and has membership of the Association of Recognized English Language Services.
With the advanced management , This School has become the first-class international foreign language school in Dongying. So far , we have more 2000 students in and after school,30 Chinese staff and 16 full time foreign teachers and three schools(east city ,west city and hekou).

Guaranteed monthly salary of at least 6600 Rmb/month 18h/per week or 7300 Rmb/month 20h/per week

Job Title: Senior Teacher (ST)
Reporting to: Academic Manager (AM) or School Manager (SM)
General Responsibilities:
The ST is assigned to a particular school so as to provide within that school support to the AM/SM in the supervising and development of teachers, particularly less experienced teachers in the managing of course materials and records; and in assisting the School Manager (SM) in, and advising her on, promotional, student counselling, and course related matters.
Specific Responsibilities:
The ST will carry out the full range of duties of a teacher in addition to the specific responsibilities and duties of a ST, with the exception that the ST’s regular teaching hours (this excludes level checking and placement of new students and/or giving demonstration lessons) will be recommended to a maximum of (4) hours on each teaching day at the school of which s/he is ST. Duties as a ST will involve all factors related to the General Responsibilities outlined above and will include, but not necessarily be limited to:
- Observations of new teachers within the school, and being available for follow-up discussion regarding these observations
- Advising new and less experienced teachers on such teaching and course related problems as they might have.
- Being observed by other teachers working in the school and being available for follow-up discussion regarding these observations
- Participation in the company’s sales and promotional efforts, particularly through assisting in the organisation of school social events, and being the main teacher involved in both attendance at school open days and in the carrying out of demonstration lessons
- Proffering advice to the SM, especially with regard to teachers and courses
- Within established guidelines, and in consultation with the AM as necessary, assisting teachers and the SM to decide on appropriate course materials for each class
- Counselling and advising students on their studies and answering student queries and problems
- Managing teaching resources in the school (i.e. checking resources and texts are all in place and in good condition and reporting to the AM on the need for replacements as necessary).
- Checking that student and class records are in place, are being regularly completed and are up-to-date
- Ensuring teachers behave in a professional manner in the school
- To support SM in achieving school MOs particularly with respect to Sign-up rates, Demonstration sign-up rates, group and class sizes.
- To provide a completed monthly report to AM regarding completion of above
tasks
- To support the AM in the ‘settling in’ of new teachers in a ‘mentor’ type role, providing advice and help in teaching, school related and any pastoral matters.
