The pay scale is from RMB 192,000 to 320,000 per year according to the qualification and experience. In addition a return ticket per year, 1,000 US$ for health insurance per year and RMB 4,500 for housing allowance per month. If you work in zhaoxiang, 20,000 RMB per year will be paid for transportation allowance.
